First of all, complains and feedback is very much welcome in this server. As you can see, we try to listen to every player's concern and adopt to what is best to everyone.
In fact, when you hate something about the server, I even let people burst it out even on global chat. However some players are just doing it to discredit the server and promote malice which is unacceptable to the point of being disrespectful. GM is biased .
He alows other players to cheat with no action taken against them.
He is so rude dont want to help with any server details and sh*t . he is biased with some players

The server is the most balanced and fair you can find. I'm always online to help and you can ask that with other players. If not in-game, you may also contact us on facebook page. You may also seek help within our community group.
Regarding biases, I don't believe there has been any biases at all. There is zero cheat in the server and is protected with Gepard. If you are referring to macros, we allow gaming macro to be used in this server but unfortunately this isn't considered cheating.
